GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW REGISTRATION

  1. 1. Access the website: Click here
  2. 2. Click on Services
  3. 3. Click on New Registration.
  4. 4. The applicant should fill in his/ her personal details in the online form.
  5. 5. He/she should enter a suitable login username and password.
  6. 6. The password should be minimum 8 characters of alpha numeric type. Special characters can also be added. (eg. Abcd@1234).
  7. 7. As a verification step, the applicant will receive an OTP on the email id provided in the details.
  8. 8. Once the OTP is verified, the applicant will receive the login details on his mobile number and his email id.
  9. 9. The applicant can then login and complete further steps of the application.
  10. 10. The applicant should fill in the residential details in the next step and verify the same.
  11. 11. At each step, the applicant should verify his/her details and click on “SAVE AND CONTINUE” to go to the next step.
  12. 12. The applicant should enter all his educational details. He/she should upload all the relevant documents in PDF format only. Max file size must not exceed above 200 kb.
  13. 13. The photograph and the signature of the applicant should be uploaded in jpg or jpeg format (size 10kb–50 kb).
  14. 14. The applicant is supposed to submit an undertaking stating that the information provided is true to his/her knowledge.
  15. 16. Once the application status shows “VERIFIED, the applicant can go ahead with payment of the application fees. Click here
  16. 17. The applicant is required to complete the transaction details.
  17. 18. Upon payment of the final fees, the applicant should download the confirmation page.
  18. 19. The applicant is supposed to collect his/her certificate in person within 15 days of intimation on the web portal, at the GOA STATE PHARMACY COUNCIL office, situated at GOA COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, 18th JUNE ROAD, PANAJI-GOA (Only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

  2. 2. Click on Services
  3. 3. Click on Renewal.
  4. 4. Click on Registration if NOT registered earlier.
  5. 5. The applicant should fill in his/ her personal details in the online form.
  6. 6. He/she should enter a suitable login username and password.
  7. 7. The password should be minimum 8 characters of alpha numeric type. Special characters can also be added. (eg. abcd@1234).
  8. 8. As a verification step, the applicant will receive an OTP on the email id provided in the details.
  9. 9. Once the OTP is verified, the applicant will receive the login details on his mobile number and his email id.
  10. 10. The applicant can than login and complete further steps of the application.
  11. 11. Go to MY APPLICATIONS
  12. 12. Upload all the Continuing Education Program certificates and the details as requested.
  13. 13. The applicant is supposed to submit an undertaking stating that the information provided is true to his/her knowledge.
  14. 14. The submitted application will be verified by the Council office (4-5 days).
  15. 15. Once the application status shows “VERIFIED, the applicant can go ahead with payment of the application fees. Click here
  16. 16. The applicant is required to complete the transaction details.
  17. 17. Upon payment of the final fees, the applicant should download the confirmation page.
